Summer is here and we are enjoying one of the simple pleasures of the season, picnics amidst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Dales under the warm rays of the summer sun.

Our estate has plenty of peaceful areas to choose from for your picnic, such as the meadow, our kitchen garden, or streamside. Our team will ensure everything is set for you to enjoy, from the blanket and crockery laid in your chosen area, to the hamper packed with delicious food, and any requested special touches.

Breathe in the fresh Yorkshire air and delve into a hamper of savoury and sweet treats highlighting some of the season’s favourite delights, made fresh by our chefs using the best of local produce found on and around the Estate.

For dietary requirements and food allergies, please ask one of our team members for assistance. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs and unpasteurised cheese may increase your risk of foodborne illness. All prices are inclusive of VAT and a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your bill.

Add ons are chargeable, i.e. flowers, chocolate truffles, bottle of wine or champagne.

Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice to confirm your picnic, and we need 48 hours cancellation notice.
