We are delighted to be working with Team Walking to provide events solutions with a personal touch. Together we have designed a number of specialised, fun team building activities that fit in perfectly with our Yorkshire dales location. The cost is from £40 per person for half a day, or a full day at £60 per person (minimum numbers, room hire charges, and terms apply).

A real team challenge – split into teams, your task is to navigate to various hard-to-find locations, with points to score and ‘treasure’ to find. Success will be dependent on good teamwork, strategy and communication. Navigation is with maps and compasses only – no phones or gadgets allowed!
This event is best suited to a half day. All teams shadowed by a Mountain Leader at all times.
Experience the sense of space and light; enjoy a day of adventurous exploration; discover remote hills, sweeping valleys, hidden waterfalls and stunning views – and share a full day with your colleagues surrounded by inspirational landscapes. Uninterrupted time to chat, think, discuss, reflect – whilst really getting to know each other.

From the outset, you will be dealing with new information and making decisions as a team. Each person will lead the group to a different location out in the countryside, where the team will then complete a task in the natural environment. Collaboration, communication and understanding are essential, as we reflect on the values of teamwork and the traits and behaviours of a high functioning team.
Head to the hills for a true outdoor experience that is perfect for small management teams. Spend 2 days backpacking across the hills and mountains, then camp overnight in a remote valley site or, for the adventurous, wild camp high amongst the mountains. All camp kit provided, except sleeping bags.
Stretch your mind as well as your legs on our Philosophy Walk. Walking slowly through beautiful landscapes allows your mind to wander freely, with time to think, question and consider. A Philosophy Walk takes that most fundamental movement – walking – and pairs it with the chance to stimulate reflection and thought for a memorable day. Work through problems, generate ideas, think about your business…
