Each and every ingredient is carefully considered from seed to plate. It’s just one reason that our dining experiences are so spectacular.

Monday to Sunday: with reservations available from 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Thursday to Sunday: with reservations available from 6.30pm to 9pm

Pre-booking is essential. Please note that due to our current limited capacity, prime dinner times of 6:30-9.00pm do get booked up quickly. The times on the below calendar are the only times available. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. We can cater for any dietary requirements provided they are mentioned at the time of booking.

We can seat up to 8 guests at one table. Should your booking be for 9 or more, we can either split across tables, or offer dining together in a delightful private room for a memorable experience (fee applies – please ask for details)

To accompany the unforgettable food, we have an award-winning wine list. Each wine is stored in the impressive cellar, which features staples such as Bollinger and Laurent Perrier Champagne, and classic favourites to suit taste and budget.

Highly recommended are our wine flights. Carefully selected by our Head Sommelier who works with Chris to ensure each wine and dish from the tasting menus are matched perfectly.

Chris’s approach is cooking and co-creating simple and uncluttered dishes, with a focus on big flavours and appealing presentation. As well as his passion for top quality produce, Chris is an advocate for nurturing the chef talent of tomorrow and enjoys giving time to youngsters who are also embarking upon a hospitality career.

Here, wild flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables supply the kitchen team with a bountiful supply of fresh seasonal produce, right at hand. The space is also popular with guests who are welcome to admire the sensory delights of the traditional English garden.
