DINING RESERVATIONS

You’re welcome to book a table to dine with us for dinner or afternoon tea. Please note that the dining party must adhere to the government guidelines at the time of their visit. If dining inside, we’re currently able to book a maximum of two households to dine together, plus one adult if they form part of that households support bubble. We will allow a maximum of six diners per table. If your booking is for more than two households, you will be allocated separate tables. If dining outside, up to six people can dine on one table, and you may each be from a separate household. These restrictions relate to the current guidelines and will be reviewed as new guidance is released.

Pre-booking is essential. We can cater for any dietary requirements provided they are mentioned at the time of booking.

To accompany the unforgettable food, we have an award-winning wine list. Each wine is stored in the impressive cellar, which features staples such as Bollinger and Laurent Perrier Champagne, and classic favourites to suit taste and budget.

Highly recommended are our wine flights. Carefully selected by our Head Sommelier who works with Peter to ensure each wine and dish from the tasting menus are matched perfectly.

Meet the Chef

Peter Howarth returned to the Burlington as Head Chef in November 2019, after previously working at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa during his early career.

Our Kitchen Garden

Here, wild flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables supply the kitchen team with a bountiful supply of fresh seasonal produce, right at hand. The space is also popular with guests who are welcome to admire the sensory delights of the traditional English garden.
