Award-winning Chef, Peter Howarth, crafts seasonal produce into tasting menus that innovate and indulge the senses. Home-grown fruit and vegetables from our kitchen garden. Produce reared and caught on the Estate. Each and every ingredient is carefully considered from seed to plate. It’s just one reason that our dining experiences are so spectacular.

And not forgetting our personalised and discreet service from the restaurant team. Leave the details to us, while you and your party enjoy your time together.

DINING RESERVATIONS

You’re welcome to book a table to dine with us for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. Please note that the dining party must adhere to the government guidelines at the time of their visit. If dining inside, we’re currently able to book a maximum of one household to dine together (plus your support bubble if applicable). We will allow a maximum of 6 diners per table. If your booking is for more than one household, you will be allocated separate tables. If you have booked together, but arrive and are clearly from separate households, you will be required to split into households and dine on separate tables. In this instance, there may be a wait or we may not have sufficient tables to accommodate you. These restrictions relate to the current guidelines and will be reviewed as new guidance is released.

Pre-booking is essential. Please note that due to our current limited capacity, prime dinner times of 6-8.00pm do get booked up quickly. The times on the below calendar are the only times available. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

We can cater for any dietary requirements provided they are mentioned at the time of booking.

Book a table

To accompany the unforgettable food, we have an award-winning wine list. Each wine is stored in the impressive cellar, which features staples such as Bollinger and Laurent Perrier Champagne, and classic favourites to suit taste and budget.

Highly recommended are our wine flights. Carefully selected by our Head Sommelier who works with Peter to ensure each wine and dish from the tasting menus are matched perfectly.

Meet the Chef

Peter Howarth returned to the Burlington as Head Chef in November 2019, after previously working at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa during his early career.

Our Kitchen Garden

Here, wild flowers, herbs, fruits and vegetables supply the kitchen team with a bountiful supply of fresh seasonal produce, right at hand. The space is also popular with guests who are welcome to admire the sensory delights of the traditional English garden.
