Day Delegate Rate – From £55.00 per person including VAT

Available Monday to Friday, all year round (subject to availability).

Minimum of 6 delegates required.

To include:

Car parking throughout your stay
Arrival Yorkshire tea, freshly brewed coffee or infusions, and pastries or fruit
Bottled still or sparkling water for the table
Working lunch
Mid-afternoon refreshments with cookies
Use of grounds for afternoon stroll or team building activities

Extras:
Room hire – £150.00 for a half-day or £175.00 for a full day
Equipment hire – £75.00 for screen, projector, flipchart and pens; £60 for screen and projector only

Team building activities available from just £50.00 per person

Upgrades:

Traditional afternoon tea lunch – £10.00 per person supplement
Add salad to each picnic box – £2.00 per person
Afternoon Plain and Fruit Scone, Homemade Strawberry Jam & Clotted Cream or Yorkshire Parkin – £6.00 per person supplement

24-hour Delegate Rate – From £325.00 per person including VAT

Available Monday to Friday (subject to availability).

To include the day delegate package plus:

Single occupancy accommodation in one of our individually designed Classic bedrooms
A set three-course private dinner from our private dining menu (pre-order required)
Hotel breakfast or breakfast sandwiches served in the meeting room
Access to The Devonshire Spa and gym during your stay
A complimentary parking pass for Bolton Abbey Estate car parks
Bedrooms can be upgraded to higher category for a surcharge

Booking Terms and Conditions

Prices above are including VAT which is charged at the prevailing rate. Rates are valid until March 2024. All drinks and food will be pre-ordered and presented to each individual delegate. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements prior to arrival so we can do our best to accommodate. All hired equipment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Hand sanitiser is provided for each delegate and also positioned throughout the hotel for your use and safety. Meeting and lunch will take place in the same room unless otherwise arranged.
