Designed for a birthday celebration, anniversary or wedding, we can tailor the hotel to your specific needs and design a ‘New Year’ the way you want it to be. From bespoke menus to flowers and music, we can tailor the experience and give you the entire Devonshire Fell hotel to you and your friends and family over the New Year period.

What’s included?

 

Considerations when designing your celebration:

  • Full exclusive use of our entire hotel from 4pm on the day of check-in until 11am on the day of check-out

  • Two or three nights’ accommodation in our 16 boutique style en-suite bedrooms for up to 32 guests

  • Breakfast each morning to be enjoyed as you prefer

  • Three chef choice canapés followed by charcuterie grazing boards on the 31st

  • Laurent-Perrier Champagne reception on 31st

  • A sumptuous hot buffet one evening

  • Evening DJ and dancefloor space

  • Fireworks and Laurent-Perrier Champagne toast at midnight on 31st

  • Overnight parking at our hotel

  • Complimentary access to Bolton Abbey Estate to allow you to enjoy the Priory and local walks

  • Complimentary one-hour access to the Devonshire Spa for all residents

T&Cs
  • A 25% deposit would be required to secure the booking within 7 days of holding a date provisionally with us. The balance would then be due in 3 other instalments leading up to the event – 6 months prior, 3 months prior and 1 month prior.
  • North Yorkshire registration service would conduct a ceremony at our licensed premises and a time and date would need to be secured with them directly – https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/your-council/get-touch/contact-us. Alternatively, a humanist or blessing ceremony can be arranged with one of our recommended suppliers.
  • Once the available dates are gone, they are gone!
