College Takeover at The Devonshire Fell

In a bid to support the next generation of hospitality professionals, and to raise the profile of the hospitality industry, the Wirral students will be responsible for running of the whole property, and will be shadowed by experienced hotel team members and have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of running a busy, fully functioning hotel to complement their classroom based training.

The standard though promises to be exceptionally high. Not only have the chef students trained in the 1 and 2 AA Rosette restaurants on campus, but they have also participated in a ‘Master Chef’ style cook off which was judged by the hotel’s Head Chef, Ollie Edwards along with Nikki Haddow, the General Manager of the hotel. This determines the menus on offer during your stay.

For £75.00 per person, guests will enjoy:
