Meet the Team

Richard started his career at The Devonshire Arms at Bolton Abbey on a management development programme, and was soon promoted to run the Devonshire Fell at Burnsall before moving to Chatsworth where he opened The Devonshire Arms at Beeley. After a short time abroad he then took up the role of Head of Catering and Retail at Chatsworth before becoming Managing Director of Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants in March 2017.

Kath has worked in accounting since leaving school and joined the Devonshire Group back in 1998 where she has progressed to her current position of financial controller.

Following obtaining a degree from Leeds University and 17 years’ experience in hospitality and retail marketing, Rachael joined the Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants Group in May 2019. Key projects have included team expansion, a brand refresh and complete web rebuild.
