We specialise in creating memorable weddings for 2 to 60 guests, whether you are after an intimate celebration or a show-stopper wedding, our dedicated wedding team will be on hand to ensure your day is made for you with our bespoke wedding packages.
Enjoy an afternoon with your fiancé discovering more about our wedding venue at one of our Wedding Open Days. Our hotel will be set to impress and it’s a great opportunity to meet our of lovely local suppliers, from décor to cakes and photography.
We have two dedicated rooms for your ceremonies or wedding breakfasts.
The Conservatory is an intimate, bright and airy space that has unparalleled views over the rolling hills, this spaces seats up tot 20 guests.
The Dalzell Room is a modern yet traditional space with equally breathtaking views of the river Wharfe and Dales, this spaces seats up to 70 day guests.
For your evening receptions we can accommodate up to 100 guests.
We have a variety of bespoke packages, from intimate wedding retreat packages that are designed for just the two of you, to allow you both to focus on what matters most, to our exclusive use wedding package, where our facilities are only available to just you, your family and friends, including all 16 bedrooms, both wedding rooms, gardens, bar and lounge spaces.
We reserve all 16 bedrooms on the evening of your wedding exclusively for your party. Should you wish to pass on the accommodation costs to your guests we will provide a rooming list to facilitate, and guests can pay for them directly on check-out. Please note that any rooms that may remain unsold will be charged back to your account.
Our 16 exquisitely appointed bedrooms are personally styled by the Duchess of Devonshire. That includes two large Suites, both with a super king bed, two bathrooms and a living room with sofa bed. They offer ample space for the bridal party and their entourage.
The hotel will be all yours from 12.00pm until 10.00am the next day. The check-in time for bedrooms is normally 3.00pm. However special arrangements for early check-in can be made for the bridal party.

The Devonshire Fell’s in-house wedding coordinators will guide you along every step of the way, and the friendly team will make sure that your big day is one to remember. The ceremony is the most important part of any wedding day. And there are many different ways to do it. Here’s how we can help.
Outdoor Ceremonies
We are licensed for outdoor ceremonies at The Devonshire Fell at Burnsall. Please be aware civil ceremonies by law must be conducted in a registered private room. To make your ceremony weather-proof we recommend arranging a structure. Ground hire is chargeable per day.
Organising a Civil Ceremony or Partnership
A Registrar from the Skipton Registration Office carries out our civil ceremonies. The Registrar should be contacted directly to check availability for your wedding day and advise them of your notice of intention.
Once you have your date, our wedding coordinator will provisionally hold the date for you for 14 days without obligation. Then, to confirm your date with us, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required, along with a signed contract.
