Day Delegate Rate – From £50 per person

Available Monday to Friday, all year round (subject to availability). Minimum of 8 delegates.

To include:

Arrival tea and coffee
Meeting space from 8.30am until 5pm
Mid-morning tea, coffee and cookies
Selection of sandwiches wraps and chips for lunch
Mid-afternoon tea and coffee
Still and sparkling water for the table
Access to a screen, projector and flipchart with pens when requested
Complimentary car parking during your meeting
Access to the grounds for team building activities

Extras:

Team Building Activities from £65 per person
Tea or coffee with biscuits £7.95 per person
Working lunch (Clients choice) POA
Finger Buffets £17.50 to £27.50 per person

24-hour Delegate Rate – From £265 per person

To include the day delegate package plus:

Overnight accommodation in a classic or deluxe double room based on single occupancy
A private dinner with three courses selected from our seasonal menu
Yorkshire breakfast or breakfast sandwiches in your meeting
Complimentary access to the Devonshire Spa & Gym
A car parking pass* to utilise during your stay with freedom to explore the beautiful Bolton Abbey Estate

Only available Monday to Thursday, inflated rates available Friday to Sunday where requests can be accommodated. Subject to availability.

From £337 April to October.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

24 Hour rate is only available Monday to Thursday, inflated rates available Friday – Sunday where requests can be accommodated. A maximum of 10 rooms are available in peak season (April – October) and up to 15 in lower season (March – November). Car parking pass access to the Bolton Abbey Village or Riverside car parks only and valid on the day of arrival or departure. Bedroom upgrades may be made subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of VAT but do not include a discretionary 5% service charge which would be charged on top. A signed contract and deposit payment secure a date with us. Rates valid until March 2025.
