The Devonshire Spa

60-minute sessions are available to book on a first come first served basis, please let us know if you wish to use the spa facilities during your stay. Please note that treatments, spa days or use of the Secret Spa are not included in this. Spa experiences can be pre-booked for during your stay, including longer spa access or treatments, all of which are to pay for.

To reserve a slot, please contact spa@thedevonshirearms.co.uk or call 01756 718100. Gym access is available throughout the day and booking a slot is not required, feel free to drop by at your leisure.

Please be advised that children under 16 years of age are not currently allowed in the spa.

All treatments should be booked in advance through our spa reservations team on 01756 718142. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and we cannot reserve appointments without prepayment.

Enquiries may be made by emailing spa@thedevonshirearms.co.uk, but please note that bookings must be made via phone in order to take payment and reserve your time slot.

A consultation is required prior to every treatment, so that the most effective treatment can be given on the day. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, suffer from any skin allergies or reactions, if you’re taking any medication, or if you think you may be pregnant.

Exercise equipment is available in our fitness suite, adjacent to The Devonshire Spa.

Amethyst Trust

Visiting a spa should be a time of complete indulgence for everyone. There are a plethora of myths surrounding whether massage is safe whilst undergoing cancer treatment and the reality is that it is perfectly safe if adaptations are made. All of our therapists have completed an Amethyst Trust training course in welcoming guests who have had or currently have cancer. We provide safe and inclusive treatments to those touched by cancer and are pleased to be able to embrace the amazing benefits of massage therapy to treat those clients safely and effectively.

Full prepayment will be taken at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, it can be rescheduled but we need at least 24 hours notice prior to the appointment. Within 24 hours the deposit will be charged.
