Harrogate Food & Drink Festival
A weekend full of food and drink – what more could you want? Harrogate Food and Drink festival did not disappoint and although the weather was bearing the Yorkshire gloom the atmosphere was vibrant and happy!
It was a pleasure for the Devonshire Fell to be invited into the Cookery Theatre and our Head Chef, Jess Cullen provided a masterclass in chocolate. Her Jackson Pollock style caramelised white chocolates are easy to make in just 40 minutes, teaching how you temper chocolate to get that perfect snap. You can view the recipe and method here.
Along with the many artisan food stalls and trucks supplying taste sensations from around the world there was many local business selling their products including DevaiyaOils, clothing, accessories and beauty products. Health and wellbeing support was also on hand with free evaluations from Falcon Chiropractic and Mind providing help, advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health and raise awareness.
There was entertainment for all the ages with magicians, animals, live music and rides. We would highly recommend to all our guests to make sure you purchase a ticket for the next festival on 28th-30th August at Ripley Castle. You can buy your tickets here.
