Enjoy a ride on a cable car
Take your relationship to new heights with a cable car ride at Heights of Abraham in Matlock and enjoy the spectacular views that Derbyshire has to offer. If you would rather keep your feet firmly planted on the Peak District then head over to the Tinkers Shaft instead and enjoy the views and steal a kiss up there. Visit the idyllic village of Bakewell
Take a trip to the beautiful village of Bakewell and of course, it would be rude not to share a Bakewell Tart! This quaint village is located in the most idyllic spot by the river Wye. With its cute courtyards, shops and markets there is plenty to explore such as Bakewell Old House Museum and the Bakewell Pudding Factory. Stroll down the Cromford Canal
Take a stroll or even better catch a horse-drawn boat down Cromford Canal which stretches for five miles and is perfect for spotting wildlife. You'll find that the calm waters of the canal have a soothing effect, helping you to relax and feel connected with nature. The northern stretch of the canal lies within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage site which is a fascinating series of mill complexes.
