Day Delegate Rate

Minimum number of 8 delegates, £45 per person. Available Monday to Friday.

This includes:

  • Arrival tea and coffee
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Selection of sandwiches and chips for lunch
  • Mid-afternoon tea and coffee
  • Still and sparkling water for the table
  • Access to a screen, projector and flipchart with pens when requested
  • Complimentary car parking during your meeting
  • Access to the grounds for team building activities

Extras:

  • Team building activities from £65 per person
  • Working lunch (clients choice) POA
  • Finger buffets from £17.50 to £27.50 per person

24-Hour Delegate Rate

Minimum number of 8 delegates. Available Monday to Friday, subject to availability.

This includes:

  • Arrival tea and coffee
  • Meeting space from 8.30am until 5pm
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Selection of sandwiches and chips for lunch
  • Mid-afternoon tea and coffee
  • Still and sparkling water for the table
  • Access to a screen, projector and flipchart with pens when requested
  • Complimentary car parking during your meeting
  • Access to the grounds for team building activities
  • Overnight accommodation in a standard or classic double room based on single occupancy
  • A private dinner with three courses selected from our seasonal menu
  • Yorkshire breakfast or breakfast sandwiches in your meeting
  • Complimentary access to the Devonshire Spa & Gym
  • A car parking pass* to utilise during your stay with freedom to explore the beautiful Bolton Abbey Estate

The Conservatory

A bright and airy space with calming views of the Yorkshire hills, suitable for a maximum of 14 delegates in boardroom style and 20 dining.

The Dalzell

Our largest function suite with a modern meets traditional style suitable for a maximum of 24 delegates in boardroom, 50 cabaret or theatre and up to 70 dining.

Exclusive Use

Our home becomes yours for the day, suitable for full hotel takeovers with 16 bedrooms, 2 function suites, a fully-stocked bar and comfortable lounge area. The perfect option to do business in peace.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

24 Hour rate is only available Monday to Thursday, inflated rates available Friday – Sunday where requests can be accommodated. Car parking pass access to the Bolton Abbey Village or Riverside car parks only and valid on the day of arrival or departure. Bedroom upgrades may be made subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of VAT but do not include a discretionary 5% service charge which would be charged on top. A signed contract and deposit payment secure a date with us. Rates valid until March 2025.
