The cottage is located six miles from Chatsworth House and three miles from the picturesque market town of Bakewell. Monsal Head, high above Monsal Dale, offers one of the most unforgettable views in Derbyshire.

GROUND FLOOR

The double-height reception has a reclaimed stone flagged floor, exposed beams and trusses, log burner and large smart TV. The reception room leads to the fully-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, complete with an antler chandelier. Leading off from the kitchen is the ground floor double bedroom with en suite shower and toilet, with reclaimed stone flagged flooring.

The ground level has underfloor heating throughout from a state-of-the-art biomass system.

FIRST FLOOR

An illuminated oak staircase leads to a galleried glass balcony overlooking the double-height open plan reception area and second bedroom. This bedroom has engineered oak flooring with a king-size bed, complete with an open plan en suite bathroom with bath and shower above.

OUTSIDE

Outside is a private walled garden and seating area with garden furniture, fire pit and barbeque. There is ample parking for two cars.
