The Devonshire at home – Mackerel with a warm tomato & wild garlic salad

Cook along at home with Ross Forder, Head Chef of The Brasserie Restaurant at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa, Bolton Abbey. This delicious summer dish is perfect to enjoy in the garden, brought to life with freshly foraged wild garlic.
You will need (serves 2):
2 mackerel fillets cleaned and pin boned
200 grams approx. tomatoes of your choice
½ courgette roughly cut
Bunch wild garlic
10 grams horseradish sauce
20ml rapeseed oil
½ red pepper roughly cut
1 clove garlic grated
½ red chilli julienne
Sea salt
Fresh basil leaves ripped
