Having discovered a hidden passion for baking in 2011, Fran began creating customised cakes for friends and family, developing her skills and perfecting her natural talent. Following 20 years of working in an office, Fran put on her apron full-time creating her own business; Every Cloud Cakes & Bakes, established in 2015.
Fran specialises in creating hand-made cakes and cupcakes using the finest ingredients. Whilst vanilla and chocolate flavours are most popular with couples, there is an almost endless amount of choice, and Fran is happy to work around any dietary requirements.
Excellent service and attention to detail are key to Fran’s business, and she takes pride in ensuring each customised item not only looks great but also tastes amazing.

We had a blast trying out some cakes (and in particular the bowl of salted caramel buttercream) and finally settled on a 2 tier lemon and chocolate wedding cake with iced flowers beautifully decorated to match our theme. The cake was thoroughly enjoyed by the guest with very little left for us to take on our honeymoon. Highly recommend for any cake occasion!
