Nestled in the beautiful valley of Monsal Dale on the banks of the River Wye, and just a stone’s throw from the popular Monsal Trail, Riversdale is the perfect base to explore the surrounding Peak District. Chatsworth House just six miles away, and the market town of Bakewell is close by.

Outside is a private walled riverside garden with garden furniture, BBQ and summerhouse. There is private off-road parking for two cars. High above Riversdale is Monsal Head, one of the most photographed viewpoints in Derbyshire.

Please note, the master bedroom features a low beam. Riversdale Farm Cottage has three bedrooms however, only two bedrooms are used at any one time. Guests must specify when booking whether they require the two double rooms or one of the doubles and a twin. The additional unused room will not be accessible during your stay.

GROUND FLOOR

Riversdale has a spacious open plan dining kitchen and WC together with two reception rooms. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. One reception room has a log burning stove.

FIRST FLOOR

The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite shower room (please note this bedroom features a low beam), the second bedroom can be either a king size bedroom or twin bedded room (request on booking) and family bathroom with shower over bath.

OUTSIDE

Private walled riverside garden with garden furniture, BBQ and summerhouse. Private off-road parking for two cars. There is a separate laundry room.
