Kingfisher Cottage in Detail

Ground floor

The spacious double-height reception has engineered oak flooring, exposed beams and trusses, log burner and large Smart TV with an antler chandelier. This leads to the fully-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area with an Italian tiled floor.

Leading off from the reception is a ground floor twin bedroom with exposed stone wall and a large picture window overlooking the River Wye. There’s also an adjoining en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The spacious second ground floor bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed with an en suite shower and toilet.

The ground level has underfloor heating throughout from a state-of-the-art biomass system.

First floor

The original stone staircase with exposed limestone walls leads off from the kitchen up to the first floor bedroom, containing a king-size bed and stand-alone claw bath. There is a Juliet balcony providing fabulous views of the River Wye below.

Outside

Outside is a riverside garden and seating area with garden furniture and barbeque. There is ample parking for up to three cars.
