Well-equipped dining kitchen with integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher and gas hob and electric range oven. In a separate utility area there is a microwave and washing/dryer.

A separate dining room to seat up to 10 guests, with log burning stove. A living room stocked with books and board games, smart TV and log burning stove.

First Floor
One king size bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin bedroom, and second super king bedroom sharing a large bathroom with a free-standing roll top bath with shower.

Outside
Parking for up to 6 cars, a well-kept lawn with outdoor dining area, and a walled cottage garden. The cottage is surrounded by acres of wild moorland, and farmed fields.
