Day Delegate Rate – From £40.00 per person excluding VAT

Our day delegate package includes:

Meeting room hire from 9.00am to 4.30pm
Complimentary car parking throughout your visit
Arrival Yorkshire tea, freshly brewed coffee and breakfast pastries
Bottled still or sparkling water per person
Conference lunch of jacket potato and filling of choice
Mid-afternoon refreshments with cake of the day
Use of grounds for an afternoon stroll or outdoor activities
Equipment hire to include screen, projector, flipchart and pens

Pricing

DDR package, based on a minimum of 30 delegates

Available Monday to Thursday, excluding dates in June to August, public and school holidays.

LOW SEASON – January, February, March, November @ £40 per delegate

MID SEASON – April, May, September, October @ £50 per delegate

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Team Building
Extra activities to break up the day are available on request and can be booked on your behalf. Options include a falconry experience, archery, guided walk or cycle in the Dales, crime scene navigation, abseiling, orienteering, raft building and much more. Options available for all abilities, budgets and timescales. Please ask for further details.

Booking Terms and Conditions

VAT is charged at the prevailing rate. The above DDR package is valid until April 2024. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements prior to arrival so we can do our best to accommodate. Meeting and lunch will take place in the same room but room dividers can be in position.
