1. Enhanced health & safety measures

We would like to welcome you to Devonshire Hotels & Restaurants Group with the reassurance that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our priority. You can read more details of our enhanced safety measures here.

DINING & DRINKING
The government have introduced rules around alcoholic drinks which are outlined here. Please bear with our team as we continue to navigate our way through these challenging times.

Non-alcoholic soft and hot drinks can be served at any time. Alcoholic drinks can currently only be served as part of a dining experience, which must constitute a ‘substantial meal’. Guests can enjoy a pre-dinner drink in the lounge whilst viewing our menu. Drinks can be served throughout your meal, after which you’ll be able to retire to the lounge for coffee and a post dinner drink. Unfortunately, no further alcoholic drinks can be served. Last orders will be 10pm and our lounges and restaurants will close at 11pm.

2. Free cancellations

All bookings made can be cancelled completely free of charge should your plans need to change due to the COVID-19 situation. Applies to all stays until 31st December 2021.

3. Flexible booking guarantee

All bookings can be easily moved to an alternative date with our flexible booking policy. Applies to all stays until 31st December 2021.

If the new date is at a higher rate, guests will need to pay the difference.

4. Best rate guarantee

You’ll always find our very best rates when you book direct online. With our Best Rate Guarantee, there’s no need to waste time looking anywhere else. We can assure you of the very best rates every time you book.

In the very unlikely event that the price you find on our website is higher than that of any other online, we will automatically match this price and provide you with a complimentary room upgrade during your next stay.

What to do:

If you find a price lower on an online travel agent’s website that is bookable online, within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed with us, just simply take a screen shot* of the page and send it to our team at res@devonshirehotels.co.uk. Please include your name and contact details.

If the request is correct and the difference verified by the Revenue Manager, you will receive a communication from our team confirming your new rate and the gift voucher will be sent by email.

*The screen shot must include the following information:

  • Hotel name
  • Website operator
  • Start and end dates of stay
  • Price, type of accommodation and terms and conditions of the booking
  • It must be available to be booked on the dates requested
