On your next visit to the spa you can expect:

• If using the pool, each household/bubble will be allocated half of the pool, so that you have plenty of your own space.
• The Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are limited to two people at once, who must be from the same household.
• You’ll be allocated a dedicated changing cubicle, which will act as your locker, so there is no cross over at lockers.
• You will also be allocated your own shower, which won’t be used by another guest or household while you are with us.
• Each cubicle, toilet, shower and keys are thoroughly sanitised between each guest.
• Each treatment room is fully sanitised between every guest, with the therapists wearing appropriate PPE so you can fully unwind.
• The spa lounge is set to meet social distancing guidelines, along with the rest of the hotel dining areas.
• Consultations are done online prior to your arrival, so your time with us starts as smoothly as possible.
• You will be given a specific arrival time, to avoid any congestion on reception.
• All linen is washed with sanitising detergent at 60 degrees.
• Hand sanitiser and hand wash stations readily available.
• Enhanced hygiene and cleaning throughout the spa.

Hotel Resident Access

45-minute swim sessions are available to book in the morning and evenings on a first come first served basis, therefore please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to swim while you are with us. Alternatively, spa experiences can be pre-booked for during the day, to include longer spa access and treatments. Gym access can be booked separately and is available throughout the day, please let us know if you wish to book a time slot.

At time of booking, you will be given an allocated arrival time. Please ensure you arrive promptly at this time so we are able to properly greet you in accordance to social distancing guidelines. On arrival to the spa, please wash your hands at the hand wash station and press the doorbell.

Please use the hand sanitiser regularly that is placed around the spa. Please do not attend the spa if you, or anyone in your house hold has displayed any symptoms of Covid 19, or tested positive for Covid 19 within the last 14 days

You must be 16 years of age to have any treatment or spa experience.

Please advise us of any medical conditions, such as injuries, allergies, pregnancy or
anything else that could affect your treatment choices, at the time of booking. To avoid any disappointment, should you be currently under medical attention for any serious health conditions, such as Cancer or heart problems, a doctor’s note will need to be provided to the therapist, to confirm that it is safe for you to have a treatment such as a massage with the use of essential oils.

We have a range of treatments that are suitable for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow the spa team to guide you when selecting which treatments are best for you during this special time. Unfortunately, we do have to limit the treatment choices during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

We provide you with your towel, robe and flip flops. We also have temple spa Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in the showers and Temple spa moisturisers in all changing cubicles. Please bring with you your own swimwear, however if you do forget we do have some for sale. Please remember any hair or makeup products needed. Hair dryers and
straighteners are provided, however we don’t have any power sockets for your own styling
tools. Wet kit bags are also provided.

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones within the spa. They may be used in the lounge while on silent. Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa.

Photos cannot be taken in any of the wet or changing areas to protect the privacy of other
guests

We respectfully request that you take a seat in the spa lounge 5 minutes before the time of
your treatment.

All of the products used in your treatments are available to purchase, so you can experience the spa luxury at home. Please ask a member of staff if you would like advice.
